Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Antananarivo. The Content Creator will develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Daily tasks include researching travel destinations and trends, crafting stories and itineraries, producing promotional content, and adapting materials to various audiences and platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure content supports brand messaging and business goals. The Content Creator will track content performance, optimize for reach and engagement, and maintain consistency with Blueberry Travel’s tone and style. Qualifications Strong skills in content writing and storytelling for digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, and marketing copy. Ability to create and adapt visual and multimedia content (e. g., basic image editing, short-form video creation, and layout for online materials). Experience in researching travel destinations, industry trends, and customer preferences to inform accurate and compelling content. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media strategy, and audience engagement metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and quality. Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team environment in Antananarivo. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
