Assurer la disponibilité des postes de travail, équipements réseau et périphériques nécessaires au projet.

Garantir le bon fonctionnement des équipements audiovisuels, réseaux et systèmes de visioconférence. Superviser les installations techniques sur les différents sites concernés.
    1. Support des phases de tests et validation Préparer les environnements techniques nécessaires aux tests. Assurer la disponibilité des équipements pour les Utilisateurs Clés (Key Users).     1. Préparation du Go-Live Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi de la checklist IT de mise en production. Vérifier l'ensemble des prérequis techniques avant le démarrage. Participer aux réunions Go / No Go. Définir et mettre en place l'organisation du support IT de démarrage.
    1. Support Go-Live et Hypercare Assurer le support IT de niveau 1 pendant les phases de démarrage. Coordonner les escalades vers les équipes techniques concernées. Participer à la gestion des incidents critiques et situations de crise. Garantir la disponibilité des équipements et services IT. Participer à l'exécution des plans de retour arrière (Rollback) si nécessaire.
