En ce sens, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Assister les pilotes de processus dans le management efficace et l'amélioration continue de leur processus.
  • Participer systématiquement à toutes les réunions qualité (réunions COPIQ, revues de processus, réunions de groupes de travail, réunions d'interface…) pour tous les processus et, contribuer à l'enregistrement des comptes rendus.
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des audits internes et externes QHSE.
  • Suivre la mise en œuvre des actions correctives à la suite des dysfonctionnements identifiés ou écarts constatés lors des audits internes et externes.
  • S'assurer que les règles de collecte de dysfonctionnements sont respectées au sein des différents processus et contribuer à l'analyse périodique de ces dysfonctionnements.
  • Contribuer à la mise à disposition des éléments d'entrée de la revue de direction.
  • Contribuer à la rédaction, à la mise à jour de tous les documents liés à la gestion de processus et, veiller à leur enregistrement.
  • Collecter, diffuser analyser et faire la mise à jour des exigences (légales, règlementaires ou librement souscrites).
  • Evaluer et enregistrer le niveau de conformité des exigence applicables
  • Contribuer à la sensibilisation du personnel à la compréhension de la politique QSSE.

Profil recherché

Expérience

Titulaire d'un bac + 5 dans le domaine de la QHSE et très orienté(e) qualité, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 années minimum sur une fonction similaire.
