Objet: Recrutement d’un Agent Centre d’Appel pour recevoir les appels entrants et fournir des solutions et réponses aux demandes et plaintes des bénéficiaires de GiveDirectly. Type de Contrat: CDD – 3 mois
Qualifications requises : Bonne maîtrise d’une de ces langues locales est OBLIGATOIRE : Lingala, Kikongo, Tshiluba, Kiyombe et Kintandu. Compétences techniques : Les compétences de ces langues seront évaluées à travers un test pratique au cours du processus. Capacité à recevoir et gérer les appels entrants. Aptitude à identifier et résoudre les plaintes des bénéficiaires. Compétences personnelles : Excellente capacité de communication orale. Sens du service et de l’écoute. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et inclusif. Discrétion et professionnalisme dans le traitement des cas sensibles.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Expérience en centre d’appels ou service client serait un atout. Instructions
