Multi-purpose Teleoperator (shift Night, We and Feries Days)

We are actively looking for a Versatile Security Agent in shift night, WE, and holidays who will join our on-call team and ensure the continuity of service outside business hours. Its main mission is to receive incoming calls, offer first-level assistance and ensure the rigorous follow-up of requests through ticket creation.

Candidate profile

Main duties

Management of incoming calls: Respond to night calls, weekends and holidays with professionalism and responsiveness. Support & Assistance: Provide an immediate response to the needs of the interlocutor according to established procedures. Ticketing management: Create, categorize and accurately inform each incident or request ticket in the dedicated tool. Emergencies escalation: Transmit critical cases to competent technical officers or teams in accordance with the established procedure. Thus, you are responsible for the proper handling of customer requests by providing them with a quality service. As the customer’s first point of contact, your role is crucial to ensure a satisfactory handling of the customer’s request. Candidate profile

Experience

You are a man, you have a bacc. +2 in graduate studies, and you have 2 years of successful experience in a similar position. You have an excellent physical condition and a perfect resistance capacity to hold a demanding night rhythm (extended standby state from 18h to 9h). You live around Ankazotokana Ambanidia (for safety and convenience of travel).
