Collective catering: camp manager, chef, cook, pastry chef, waiters — Congo Services Interim

Congo Services Interim recruits, on behalf of one of its clients, qualified and motivated profiles in the professions of collective catering, hospitality and associated services. Positions are to be filled on a client site (place and duration specified during the interview).

[POSTS]

1. Camp manager: oversee the daily operation of the camp (accommodation, catering, maintenance, security), supervise teams, guarantee hygiene and safety standards, monitor budget and stocks. Proven experience in camp or accommodation site management.
2. Restoration manager: manage the site restoration activity, validate menus and purchases, apply HACCP, manage teams. Experience in catering or hospitality.
3. Chef: design the menus, direct production, supervise the brigade. Diploma in cooking or equivalent experience in volume restoration.
4. Sous-chef: assist the chef, supervise production and training, help with inventory management.
5. Cook: prepare and cook dishes according to the technical data sheets, respect food hygiene.
6. Pastry: pastries, desserts, breads and pastries. Training or experience in pastry / bakery.
7. Service staff (restoration): set up the tables, serve, welcome guests. Motivated beginners accepted.
