Tostan is recruiting community engagement coaches as part of the West Africa Young Women Economic Strengthening Program. Your mission
Attached to the Pillar 1 Area Coordinator, you will accompany 8-10 communities in order to:

At least 5 years of field experience in the field of adult education and community outreach.
Experience
Prior experience with Tostan’s Community Capacity Building Program (CCBP) is required. Proficiency in a local language (Wolof, Pulaar, Mandinka or Serer) and practical knowledge of French and English.
Contract : delivery of full-time services in the field, paid in stages and renewable based on results.
