RMO is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to provide scientific and analytical support for the implementation of a research project. Under the scientific supervision of the principal investigator, and in collaboration with project coordination, the various components, the research officer and national partners, the incumbent will carry out cross-cutting analyses on gender, youth, displacement, vulnerabilities and access to health and social services.

The position covers a wide range of scientific and operational tasks. This includes supporting the methodological design and scientific quality of research component protocols, tools, analyses and deliverables, and leading or co-leading literature reviews, evidence synthesis, data inventorying and the preparation of analysis plans on mobilities, governance, NSAs and access to services.

The incumbent will conduct cross-sectional analyses on gender, youth, migration, displacement, disability, vulnerabilities, resilience and pathways to services, and cross-reference and interpret quantitative, spatial, qualitative and documentary data to produce comparative syntheses useful for public decision making.
He/she will support ethical authorizations, informed consent, confidentiality, anonymization and secure data management, respecting the principles of participant protection and "do no harm". He/she will contribute to the preparation of field activities and data quality assurance, and provide scientific guidance to the researcher and young researchers.
