NPU is a consulting firm specialized in Customer Experience. We design, build and deploy customer experience transformation programs from the Executive Committee to field teams.
Experience
NPU is supported by its main consultant, with nearly 40 years of experience in Customer Experience Management, in Senegal and internationally.
Today, we support a leading player in real estate in Africa on a 15-month transformation mission, around three programs: ONE CX, a common base; BOT, a deep transformation in two pilot subsidiaries; Leboon, the construction of the International Customer Experience function.
What you will do
Within the NPU team, you are the operational arm of the mission: you prepare, monitor and make reliable everything that advances programs, and you take charge of entire projects. Specifically, you will:
Analyze and measure: design and manage satisfaction and NPS surveys, analyze complaints and irritants, produce monthly dashboards and draw recommendations.
Designing materials: designing training, coaching and workshop materials, and preparing committee files.
Live the workshops: prepare them and animate some sessions alone.
Lead the mission: manage schedules, deliverables and their validation circuits, write reports, follow actions and activity reports.
Coordinate countries: be the direct

•Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
•Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
•Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
•Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
•Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
•A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
