Job Description (Post 1 — Senior Laboratory Advisor)
The Laboratory Technical Advisor of the STRIDES project provides high-level technical and operational support to strengthen laboratory and diagnostic systems as part of the Ebola response project. République Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) The incumbent contributes to the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of interventions to strengthen Ebola response preparedness, early detection, diagnostic quality, sample routing and transport, biosecurity and biosafety, laboratory data management systems, as well as the integration of surveillance systems and laboratories.
Responsibilities
Leadership Technique: Leads and coordinates the implementation of STRIDES laboratory strengthening activities and diagnostic systems as part of the Ebola response. Education / Qualifications
Capacity building and team coaching: Lead training and process improvement activities to ensure compliance with standard technical standards. Experience
At least 12 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in the design and evaluation of projects and services in the field concerned.
