Job description
SPM is the group’s new information system dedicated to packaging management. It allows to monitor in real time the packaging stocks and their number in transit, and integrates all the movements of packaging, empty or full. The major challenge is the deployment of this system and associated processes within the group’s factories. Tests are needed to ensure that the system meets initial requirements and needs.
Duties
The different activities entrusted to the SPM Receipts team are: analysis of SFDs and extraction of requirements; drafting and enrichment of functional test scenarios in order to validate the solution; carrying out functional tests and management of anomalies via JIRA; monitoring the progress of JIRAs until their resolution; meetings with Business Leaders or local teams (subsidiaries-countries deployed) when necessary for the advancement; holding of the KPIs of progress of recipes;
Candidate profile
Experience: have experience between 3 and 5 years.
Required skills
General knowledge of the Supply Chain; IT environment, general principles of systems integration and testing, JIRA, SAP; communication (training or workshop animations, written support preparations); Excel (data tables, indicators, charts, VBA...); UAT (Recipes): test cases and executions + Follow-up anomalies.
Communication skills (written/oral); planning and organization management; animation ability, proposal strength; spirit of synthesis, writing skills; responsiveness.
