Experienced UAT Test Coordinator

Job description

As part of a project aimed at strengthening and harmonizing the group’s production planning and order management systems, the team will intervene over the entire lifecycle of several applications, from design to deployment and support of different sites and users.

Main duty

The confirmed Test Coordinator is responsible for the control, organization and quality of the test phases, from recipe preparation to post-deployment support, ensuring the functional and operational compliance of the delivered solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage the functional recipe strategy (UAT) in conjunction with the business and IT teams.

Write, structure and enrich complex test scenarios from CEBs and supply chain business processes.

Organize, coordinate and animate test campaigns with different contributors.

Perform key functional tests and ensure the qualification of results.

Manage the lifecycle of anomalies in JIRA: creation, qualification and prioritization of anomalies, coordination with development teams for their correction, follow-up until resolution and final validation.

Set up and follow the recipe management KPIs (advancement, coverage rate, criticality of anomalies, go/no go).

Contribute to Go/No Go decisions before production.

Provide advanced functional support, especially during critical phases of deployment.

Experience

Capitalize on feedback and offer continuous improvements to testing practices and tools.

Experience: have 1 to 3 years of experience.

Required skills

General knowledge of the supply chain.

IT environment, general principles of systems integration and testing, JIRA.

Extensive Excel including VBA/Power Query, JIRA, Office environment.

UAT (Recipes): test cases and executions, tracking anomalies.

IT: development functional principles, SCRUM, data management.

Ability to communicate (written/oral).

Management of schedules and organization.

Ability of animation, force of proposal.

Spirit of synthesis, writing skills.

Rigor and sense of detail in the functional validation phases.

Reactivity.
