Webmarketing Manager and Sales

Job description Job description The webmarketing manager will be in charge of managing the SAN PEDRO office. It is responsible for developing customer traffic on the site and increasing sales (turnover).

Main duties

• Lead the activities of SAN PEDRO Agency (office and printing)
• You define the customer acquisition strategy by optimizing the allocated budget o Optimization of our presence (visibility and audience) on the Internet through all available channels (SEO, SEA, display, social networks, e-mailing, SMSing...) o Field prospection to publicize the website (flyer, catalog, trade show, advertising display, operational marketing...)
• You monitor the effectiveness of marketing actions and website reporting (dashboard)
• You ensure the watch on the practices of competitors (prices practiced, mode of communication, product sold ...)
• You are in charge of the customer relationship (loyalize customers and increase their satisfaction)
• Ensure the management of teams (webmaster, graphic designer, logistics manager, delivery), and the smooth running of the website (product and price update, transaction security, customer satisfaction, site maintenance...)
