Lieux : Abuja (FCT), Kano, Lagos, Ogun, Osun et Oyo.
Résumé du poste : nous recherchons un Sales Team Lead performant et orienté résultats, doté d'une expérience avérée en leadership dans le secteur du crédit, pour diriger, développer et inspirer une équipe de Sales Executives.
Responsabilités :
Assurer un leadership stratégique, du coaching et la gestion de la performance d'une équipe de Sales Executives.
Piloter l'acquisition et la croissance des salary loans et des investissements.
Suivre la productivité de l'équipe et veiller à l'atteinte des objectifs mensuels.
Identifier les opportunités d'affaires et mettre en œuvre des initiatives visant à améliorer la performance commerciale globale.
Profil requis :
Diplôme minimum de type HND ou licence.
Au moins 4 ans d'expérience progressive dans la vente de crédits, avec une expertise significative dans la vente de salary loans.
Une expérience préalable de direction d'une équipe commerciale dans la vente de crédits est exigée.
Capacité démontrée à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.
