A reputable and growing company within the industrial services, engineering, and logistics sector located in Accra is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Operations Manager to join its team.
Job Purpose The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery, technical excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong engineering background to support solution delivery, manage operational risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across logistics, technical services, equipment handling, and project execution.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and efficiency improvement strategies.
- Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide engineering oversight for solutions delivered to clients in sectors such as mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, and industrial services.
- Support preparation of project proposals, technical reports, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise, coach, and manage the operations team.
- Plan manpower requirements and allocate resources for timely execution of tasks.
