OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description: A reputable and growing company within the industrial services, engineering, and logistics sector located in Accra is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Operations Manager to join its team. Job Purpose The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery, technical excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong engineering background to support solution delivery, manage operational risks, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across logistics, technical services, equipment handling, and project execution.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and efficiency improvement strategies.
• Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide engineering oversight for solutions delivered to clients in sectors such as mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, and industrial services.
• Support preparation of project proposals, technical reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise, coach, and manage the operations team.
