(Social Media & Content Specialists / Profils polyvalents) Dans le cadre du développement et du renforcement de sa présence digitale, Digital B Agency recherche 05 profil polyvalents passionnés par les réseaux sociaux pour intégrer son équipe à Yaoundé. Rejoignez l'aventure !
& Missions Maîtrise des plateformes : Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube et Snapchat. Community Management : Animation et développement des communautés. Veille & Tendances : Veille digitale, détection des sujets à fort potentiel, des tendances et du buzz.
Formation / Diplômes
Information & Rédaction : Recherche, vérification de l'information, rédaction web et création de titres attractifs. Création visuelle & Graphisme : Conception de visuels sur Canva (ou équivalent). Montage vidéo & Formats courts : Montage vidéo sur CapCut (ou équivalent). Production de Reels, TikTok, Shorts et vidéos Facebook/YouTube. Extraction des meilleurs passages / séquences fortes d'une émission ou d'une interview. Intelligence Artificielle : Utilisation efficace des outils d'IA. Analyse de performances : Suivi et analyse de la portée, des vues, de l'engagement, des partages et de la croissance.
Qualités clés : Créatif, réactif, curieux, talentueux, avec une excellente culture digitale, une capacité à générer de l'audience et une maîtrise réelle des réseaux sociaux. Atouts appréciés : Une compétence particulière en montage vidéo, graphisme, rédaction, buzz & tendances, data ou marketing digital. Formation : Une formation en communication, journalisme, marketing digital, audiovisuel ou domaine connexe est appréciée, mais la priorité absolue est donnée au talent, à la créativité, à la rapidité et aux compétences pratiques.
