Responsibilities

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Head of Mission, you will be responsible for managing the field teams.

Your main missions will be the following (non-exhaustive and scalable list):

Job overview

Contribute to the development of the operational strategy of the mission: analysis of the context and its evolution, elaboration problem trees and proposed solutions, analysis of needs studies, proposal for new actions; Lead the development of mission procurement plans with project managers and ensure their implementation with the logistics team; Ensure the proper management of mission stocks; Advise the project teams on logistical issues: briefing, planning, follow-up, supervision, maintenance of performance, technical knowledge, etc.; Supervise the monitoring and maintenance of motorcycle/car vehicles on all bases; Participate in the implementation of mission security: general security assessment and definition/update procedures; Participates in the development of the logistical part of donor reports according to the requested frequency.

Candidate profile

Education / Qualifications

Diploma required: BAC + 5 BIOFORCE certification in Logistics;

Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position; Good editorial level, with experience in team management, good knowledge of the donor environment as well as experience in risk management and secure humanitarian access;

Perfect mastery of computer tools, including the Office Pack; Sense of priorities and responsibilities, good organization and planning ability. Ability to work as a team and autonomously, with versatility, adaptability and flexibility. Excellent relationship and cultural openness, with rigor, professionalism, dynamism and good stress management. Conditions:

• Permanent contract, 6 months, full-time, renewable;
• Start date of contract: As soon as possible;
• Remuneration by profile;
• Per diem, Guest House;
• Health insurance – 60% support by the SIF;
• Repatriation insurance – 100% support by the SIF;
• Break allowance during breaks at 3 and 9 months;
