] Zetta ERP, logiciel de gestion pour les établissements d'enseignement supérieur, recrute un testeur d'application et chargé de relation client francophone, basé à Madagascar, en télétravail.

[MISSIONS]

Tester les fonctionnalités de l'application et analyser les problèmes signalés par les clients
Identifier les bugs, comportements inattendus et problèmes d'ergonomie
Documenter les anomalies (étapes de reproduction, captures, résultats attendus et obtenus)
Communiquer avec les clients en français pour clarifier les problèmes
Traduire les problèmes clients en rapports internes clairs pour l'équipe technique
Fournir des mises à jour quotidiennes et suivre les tickets jusqu'à leur résolution

[PROFIL]

Excellente communication en français
Anglais écrit de base pour le reporting interne
Compréhension de base des tests logiciels
Autonomie en télétravail
À l'aise avec le décalage horaire (coordination avec la France)
Une expérience avec les universités est un plus
