Oumbe SARL recrute un(e) Responsable Animation Commerciale & Merchandising à Yaoundé, avec déplacements réguliers dans ses différents points de vente. Missions : organiser les animations et promotions, optimiser le merchandising et la visibilité des produits, encadrer les équipes terrain, développer les partenariats fournisseurs et suivre les performances commerciales. Profil : Bac+2 minimum en marketing, commerce ou domaine connexe et au moins 2 ans d'expérience en animation commerciale, merchandising, marketing opérationnel ou grande distribution. Maîtrise d'Excel et des outils de reporting demandée. Contrat : essai suivi d'un CDD puis CDI. Rémunération selon profil et expérience. Candidature sur la plateforme recrutement.oumbemarket.com. .
