For the purposes of its services, the Direction d'Usine de Société du Grand Moulin du Cameroun seeks for the city of Douala Candidates for the position of: Cleaning driver (1) Reason for the position: Reinforcement of teams to guarantee a serene continuity of operations for a period of 6 months.

Main duties

• 1: Ensure wheat cleaning
• 2: Feed the bushels clean wheat
• 3: Guarantee the optimum yield of the mills;
• 4: Participate in machine maintenance

Candidate profile

Profile / Key Skills:BAC +2 in electrical/mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent He/she must have:

For the purposes of its services, the Direction d'Usine de Société du Grand Moulin du Cameroun seeks for the city of Douala Candidates for the position of: Project Manager Intern (1) Reason for the position: MCMS must simultaneously carry out several strategic projects, which are highly interdependent, while the schedules, responsibilities, milestones and risks are not yet sufficiently structured. The purpose of this position is therefore to secure the execution of the project portfolio by providing the Codir with a consolidated and regular vision of their progress. Main duties:

• Mapping the portfolio: identify all ongoing projects, with their objectives, sponsors, project managers and deadlines.
• Structure each project: project sheet, batch breakdown, planning (Gantt), RACI matrix, milestones and budget if necessary.
• Follow-up: prepare and animate progress points, maintain dashboards, follow action plans and relaunch those responsible.
• Manage risks: keep a register of risks and blocking points, alert upstream in case of drift and propose corrective measures.
• Produce Codir reporting: a monthly summary of the portfolio (meteo projects, expected decisions) for the Codir and committees.
• Standardize practices: offer simple and reusable tools and templates, and help spread a project culture within teams. Profile / Key Skills: Profile: Engineer at the end of his studies (Bac+5), end of studies internship or gap. A specialization in industrial engineering, project management or information systems is an asset.

Education / Qualifications

A certification in project management is desired or equivalences in CAPM (PMI); PRINCE2 Foundation; PMP in preparation; certified training in project management. Skills:

• Proficiency in a planning tool (MS Project or equivalent) and advanced Excel;
• ease with reporting tools;
• spirit of synthesis, rigor and sense of organization;
• Ability to interact with directors and revive with diplomacy;
• exposure to an ERP project or industrial environment would be appreciated. He/she must have:- Adherence to the Group’s values (Builder, Responsibility, Trust Capital, Boldness).
• Languages: fluent French, professional English He/she must be:- Autonomy
