Job Description To perform business requirements analysis and updates for robotic process automation implementations and internal transformation efforts and to serve as the facilitator for an agile development team Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders like technology, business, project managers and testing analysts in the process of creating and recommending robotics process automation solutions Plan for value-added process improvements, initiatives and services to deliver on operational strategy and objectives and review outputs M Qualifications
