Job Description To support the development and delivery of robotics process automation solutions by assisting in the analysis, documentation, and implementation of business processes under guidance. This role is designed for individuals beginning their career in RPA development, with a focus on learning, growth, and contribution to automation initiatives. Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Support the development and testing of RPA solutions using approved tools and frameworks. Document business processes and assist in translating them into automation workflows. Participate in code reviews and adhere to programming standards and governance requirements. Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation scripts under supervision. Learn and apply best practices in RPA development, including error handling and performance optimization. Participate in training and development activities to build technical and professional skills. Contribute to reporting and documentation to support decision-making and project tracking.
