] Dans le cadre du lancement de ses activités, une nouvelle compagnie de transport interurbain de voyageurs recrute 12 agents de guichet / billetteries.
[MISSIONS]
- Accueillir et renseigner les clients sur les horaires et destinations
- Vérifier les disponibilités, enregistrer les réservations et éditer les billets
- Encaisser et remettre les justificatifs
- Sécuriser les recettes et rapprocher les ventes des encaissements
- Remettre les recettes conformément à la procédure
- Promouvoir les services complémentaires et transmettre les réclamations ou observations

- Bac minimum
- Une formation en commerce, gestion ou accueil constitue un atout
- Une expérience dans une compagnie de transport de voyageurs constitue un atout
