] Dans le cadre du lancement de ses activités, une nouvelle compagnie de transport interurbain de voyageurs recrute 01 responsable commercial, marketing & communication.
[MISSIONS]
- Élaborer la stratégie commerciale et définir les objectifs de vente
- Suivre les taux de remplissage et organiser la prospection
- Développer les partenariats commerciaux et les actions de fidélisation
- Coordonner les campagnes marketing et piloter la communication
- Superviser le centre d'appels et le community manager
- Coordonner les actions commerciales des guichets et les standards de relation client
- Suivre la satisfaction, les réclamations et analyser la concurrence
- Produire le tableau de bord commercial

- Bac+3 à Bac+5 en commerce, marketing, communication, gestion ou équivalent
- Expérience commerciale souhaitée
- Une expérience dans le secteur du transport de voyageurs constitue un atout
