] Dans le cadre du lancement de ses activités, une nouvelle compagnie de transport interurbain de voyageurs recrute 01 community manager.
[MISSIONS]
- Développer et protéger la présence digitale de la compagnie et contribuer à sa performance commerciale
- Produire des contenus et gérer les pages officielles
- Publier les programmes, destinations et offres valides
- Répondre aux messages et commentaires et orienter les clients
- Valoriser les bus, les services et le Courrier Express
- Suivre les performances des publications et campagnes
- Signaler les réactions importantes et préoccupations digitales
- Surveiller l'image de marque et produire un reporting digital

- Bac+2/3 en communication, marketing digital ou équivalent
- Maîtrise pratique des réseaux sociaux
- Une expérience dans le transport de voyageurs constitue un atout
