Recherche d'un(e) Opérateur IT Stagiaire - STE Concept Sarl Poste: Opérateur IT (numérisation)
Dans le cadre d’un projet de digitalisation d’archives, nous recherchons dix (10) Opérateurs de numérisation disposant d’un profil informatique afin de convertir des documents papier en fichiers numériques exploitables et de qualité.
Préparer les documents avant numérisation (tri, dépoussiérage, retrait des agrafes et trombones)
- Réaliser la numérisation à l’aide de scanners professionnels
- Nommer, organiser et sauvegarder les fichiers numériques selon les procédures définies
- Contrôler la qualité des scans (lisibilité, orientation et exhaustivité)
- Signaler toute anomalie ou document endommag
Formation / Diplômes
- Avoir au minimum un BAC+1 en génie informatique ou une formation en bureautique
Autres informations
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des scanners
- Grande capacité d’organisation, rigueur et précision
- Autonomie, rapidité d’exécution et souci du détail
- Résider à Douala 3e
- Être âgé(e) entre 22 et 30 ans maximum
Expérience
- Une expérience dans un poste similaire constitue un atout Conditions
- Horaires de travail: lundi au vendredi de 8h à 17h
Localisation
- Lieu d’affectation: zone industrielle Bassa (Vallée de la paix, carrière)
