ASSISTANT DES SYSTÈMES D'INFORMATION (Homme/Femme)

Formation : Bac+2/3 en informatique, réseaux, maintenance informatique ou équivalent.

Expérience

Expérience : 2 ans minimum en support informatique ou administration de proximité ; expérience en environnement télécoms appréciée. Certifications appréciées : ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Cisco CCNA niveau introduction ou équivalent, certification support matériel. Langues : français professionnel écrit et oral ; anglais technique de base souhaité pour notices, logs et interfaces. Qualités prioritaires : sens du service, rigueur documentaire, confidentialité, capacité d'apprentissage, réactivité.
