The Project Manager for the Pacific Organic Learning Farms Network will lead the Agro ecology and agro forestry for climate resilience project, ensuring effective implementation across Fiji, Nauru, Tonga, and Solomon Islands. This role involves overseeing project management systems, coordinating with national and regional partners, and ensuring compliance with donor contracts. The Project Manager will also supervise staff, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and develop training materials. The position requires strong leadership and expertise in sustainable development and agricultural systems. Degree in governance, agricultural economics, international development, or related field 10 years of experience in agricultural or sustainable development programs 5 years of project management and staff supervision experience Experience with donor-funded projects Knowledge of climate change and biodiversity issues Financial and administrative management skills Excellent English communication skills Ability to work in a multicultural environment
