Objet: Agent Operations Regional Lead (Responsable Régional des Opérations Agents) – Wave. Poste de supervision de l’acquisition et de la gestion opérationnelle du réseau d’agents en RDC. Type de Contrat:
Qualifications requises : Autorisation de travail en République Démocratique du Congo requise. Maîtrise fluide de l’anglais et du français.
Expérience
Compétences techniques : Expérience dans la gestion d’un grand réseau régional d’agents (Mobile Money, finance, fintech, télécoms ou technologies). Gestion des parties prenantes, suivi stratégique et reporting. Aisance avec la sur-communication proactive et la coordination. Compétences personnelles : Capacité d’adaptation rapide, curiosité intellectuelle, créativité dans la résolution de problèmes. Leadership, collaboration et très fortes compétences en communication. Autonome tout en sachant collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. Expérience demandée : 5 ans ou plus d’expérience dans la gestion d’un grand réseau régional d’agents au sein des secteurs du Mobile Money, de la finance, de la fintech, des télécoms ou des technologies en République Démocratique du Congo. Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans la direction et la gestion d’équipes sur le terrain. Instructions
