Collect and control variable payroll items (overtime, mark-ups, custodial premiums, advances, deductions).
Prepare pay slips and payroll for directional validation before disbursement.
Prepare and file social and tax declarations (CNPS, IRPP, CFC, FNE, DIPE) within the legal deadlines, and ensure registration of new entrants.
Manage the administration of contracts: balance of any account, work certificates, follow-up of trial periods and deadlines of CDD.
Instructing leave requests, keeping individual counters and adjudicating the annual schedule with site managers.
Regulatory compliance and documentation
Conduct an initial HR audit and then quarterly checks of personnel records, the employer register and mandatory posting.
Check the regularity of ordinal registrations and authorizations to practice pharmacist staff.
Consolidate the existing HR corpus into a single reference version (standard contracts, remuneration policy, internal regulations).
Write and update the position sheets for all of the office’s functions.
Legal support and disciplinary management
Prepare and secure the documentation of disciplinary procedures (explanation requests, interview reports, sanction notifications) in strict compliance with legal deadlines.
Provide written notice within 48 business hours of proposed breach of contract or emerging litigation.
Prepare the files in advance of inspections or convocations (Labour Inspection, CNPS).
Ensure a legal watch and alert management on the evolutions of Cameroonian labor law impacting the activity.
Strategic management and skills development

•Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
•Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
•Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
•Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
•Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
•A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
