[RESPONSABILITÉS]
- Définir et contrôler les spécifications qualité des matières premières, produits en cours et produits finis
- Superviser le laboratoire de contrôle qualité et de microbiologie et les procédures de libération des produits
- Autoriser ou refuser l'utilisation des matières premières et la libération des lots
- Piloter les non-conformités et les actions CAPA, analyses des causes profondes
- Gérer la documentation qualité, les certificats d'analyse (COA) et la traçabilité
- Participer aux audits internes et externes
[PROFIL]
- Licence ou Master en technologie alimentaire, chimie, microbiologie ou équivalent
- 6 à 8 ans d'expérience en assurance/contrôle qualité en agroalimentaire, dont du management
- Maîtrise HACCP, BPF/GMP, méthodes d'analyse
- Leadership et amélioration continue
