Job Summary
Reliance Resources Ltd is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Human Resources Officer / HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support and align HR strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and HR analytics to drive organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to line managers, providing HR guidance aligned with business goals
Support leadership in organizational design and workforce planning
Drive HR initiatives that enhance productivity and employee engagement
Analyze HR data (turnover, performance, absenteeism, etc.) to support decision-making
Develop and present HR reports and dashboards
Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends
Support the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems
Monitor employee performance and recommend improvement strategies
Assist in goal setting and performance tracking across departments
Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with company policies
Advise management on labor laws and HR best practices
Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs
Support continuous learning initiatives and career development plans
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and general HR administration
## 🧠 Profil recherché
First Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (mandatory)
Completion of National Service (NSS)
## 🛠️ Compétences requises
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Knowledge of HR systems and data analysis tools is an advantage
Good understanding of Ghana Labour Laws
