Capacité à communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais, à travailler de manière autonome et à s’adapter à des environnements professionnels variés. Une expérience professionnelle ou une connaissance du contexte de la République démocratique du Congo constitue un atout. Le/la candidat(e) doit également posséder de solides compétences en coaching, mentorat, facilitation, coordination, gestion et négociation, ainsi qu’une disponibilité pour travailler et effectuer des déplacements à travers la RDC.
