Intalma AB recrute un Grants Officer pour son programme à Niamey, au Niger.
Le titulaire du poste aura la charge de la gestion technique et financière des sous-subventions du programme. Il veillera au respect des politiques de l'IDLO, coordonnera les échanges avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, et supervisera l'ensemble du cycle de gestion des sous-subventions. Il suivra la performance des sous-subventions, préparera les rapports et appuiera la clôture financière de celles-ci.
Le poste exige de solides compétences analytiques ainsi que la capacité à gérer efficacement des priorités concurrentes.

Le candidat doit être titulaire d'une licence en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, et justifier d'au moins cinq ans d'expérience en gestion de subventions ou de sous-subventions. Une expérience auprès de bailleurs bilatéraux ou multilatéraux est requise. Une qualification ACCA, CPA ou équivalente est souhaitable.
La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est indispensable. Le poste requiert une bonne connaissance de l'analyse budgétaire et des contrôles financiers, ainsi que la capacité à gérer les risques financiers et de conformité. Une expérience des systèmes ERP constitue un atout. Une bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel, est également attendue.
