Missions
Le titulaire du poste veille au respect des politiques de l'IDLO, coordonne les processus de gestion des sous-subventions et suit leur performance. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes, notamment le responsable financier et les partenaires de mise en œuvre, afin de faciliter le développement et la supervision des sous-subventions. La fonction implique également la préparation de rapports et l'appui à la clôture financière des sous-subventions.
Licence en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. Minimum cinq ans d'expérience en gestion de subventions ou de sous-subventions. Expérience auprès de bailleurs bilatéraux ou multilatéraux. Une qualification ACCA, CPA ou équivalente est souhaitable. Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français. Solide connaissance de l'analyse budgétaire et des contrôles financiers. Capacité à gérer des priorités concurrentes. Bonne compréhension des exigences d'audit et de conformité des bailleurs.
