Le PNUD Niger recrute un(e) Assistant(e) aux Ressources Humaines pour soutenir l'unité RH dans la mise en œuvre des services RH. Sous la supervision de l'Analyste RH, le candidat contribuera à la gestion administrative, au recrutement, et à la gestion des données du personnel. Le poste nécessite une collaboration étroite avec les équipes opérationnelles et un respect strict de la confidentialité. Le candidat devra également participer à des initiatives de développement des capacités et à la gestion de la performance du personnel. Diplôme d'études secondaires requis 5 ans d'expérience en RH ou 2 ans avec un diplôme de licence Expérience avec MS Office et systèmes de gestion (Quantum un atout) Connaissance des processus administratifs RH Maîtrise du français et d'une langue nationale Connaissance de l'anglais souhaitée
