The newly established Program Officer (Child Protection/Social Behavior Change) role will be based in the Mahayana Zone Office in Madagascar. This full-time position, reporting to the Chief Field Office (Level 3), is designed to deliver integrated, multisectoral support through an efficient staffing model tailored to operational realities. Serving as the CP/SBC focal point, the incumbent will bridge planning, field implementation, results monitoring, community engagement, and partner coordination to strengthen child protection systems in the region. While reporting to the Chief Field Office for supervision, the Program Officer will receive technical guidance from the Child Protection and Social and Behavior Change sections in the Country Office in Antananarivo.
