** Le/la Programme Specialist (NO-3) est basé(e) à Antananarivo, Madagascar, au sein de l'équipe de l'UNICEF. Ce poste en contrat à durée déterminée relève du programme Climat et Environnement.
Missions : Le/la titulaire est responsable de la planification, de la conception, de la mise en œuvre, du suivi et de l'administration des projets dans le cadre du programme Climat et Environnement. Il/elle assure un leadership technique, garantit une programmation de haute qualité et optimise l'utilisation des ressources pour maximiser l'impact. Le/la titulaire gère également l'autorité financière liée aux dépenses du programme et collabore avec les partenaires nationaux et locaux pour renforcer les capacités et les efforts de plaidoyer. Le poste exige un engagement envers la mission de l'UNICEF de promouvoir les droits des enfants et d'assurer leur bien-être.

** Master dans un domaine pertinent. 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente. Maîtrise du français et du malgache. Compétences en mise en œuvre et gestion de programmes. Connaissance du changement climatique et de la gestion environnementale.
