About the role QCE is looking for an organised, detail-conscious Junior Operations Assistant to support our Operations Manager. This is a full-time, entry-level trainee role focused on two core areas: coordinating service call-outs and job cards, and tracking procurement and imports. No prior industry experience is required — full training is provided. Key responsibilities Log and track service call-outs and job cards daily, and follow up with technicians Enter completed job card data into QCE systems (including the On Key Portal) Request supplier pricing and draft purchase orders for approval Track procurement and imports, following up with suppliers and transporters Check deliveries against invoices/packing lists and keep documentation filed Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager What we’re looking for Grade 12 certificate or equivalent (a business admin diploma is a plus, not required) Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, email, and
