CONTRÔTHEIR MANAGEMENT SENIOR (M/F) On behalf of our client, a major player in the road transport and logistics sector, we are looking for a Senior Management Controller. Attached to the Finance Department, you will be a real player in the management of the performance and profitability of the company. In particular, you will be responsible for: Performance Management Develop and oversee strategic, management and operational dashboards; Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs); Analyze the performance of different activities and identify levers for improvement; Anticipate drifts and propose corrective actions. Manage the budget process and coordinate operating, investment and treasury budgets; Analyse variances between outputs and forecasts; Develop and update forecasted results accounts; Participate in the development of Business Plans and profitability studies related to new contracts and tenders. Analytical control and reporting Control the analytical allocation of expenses and assets; Carry out reconciliations between accounting data and reporting; Participate in accounting closing work; Produce analysis to enable management to make informed decisions. Optimization and improvement of profitability Identify areas for cost optimization; Assist operational managers in improving their performance; Measure the effectiveness of corrective actions put in place; Contribute to the creation of economic value for the company. Manage, support and evaluate employees under your responsibility; Identify their skills development needs; Promote the upskilling and performance of the team. We are looking for a professional with strong skills in: Management control and financial analysis Budget preparation and monitoring Cost and cost-effectiveness analysis Reporting and Dashboards Analytical control Team management Project management TECHNICAL SKILLS Mastery of accounting and financial tools, in particular SAGE 100; Good knowledge of SYSCOHADA and IFRS standards; Mastery of budget development and analysis techniques; Good knowledge of corporate taxation and employment law; Knowledge of the transport/logistics sector is an asset. ⭐ QUALITIES RESEARCHED Rigor
