SOGOTRANS S.A. recrute des Agents Commerciaux (100 000 Fcfa) Poste: 05 Agents Commerciaux
Démarcher les importateurs, exportateurs, PME, commerçants et entreprises;
- Développer et fidéliser le portefeuille clients;
- Promouvoir les prestations de transit, douane, fret, transport et logistique;
- Assurer le suivi des prospects, offres et opportunités commerciales;
- Appuyer SOGOTRANS STORE et SOGOTRANS AUTO;
- Utiliser les outils numériques de suivi et de CRM. Rémunération Salaire brut mensuel envisagé: 100 000 – 150 000 FCFA + commissions et primes sur objectifs. Le montant du fixe sera arrêté selon le profil, l'expérience, les compétences et le niveau d'adéquation au poste. Le mécanisme de commissions vise à valoriser la performance commerciale.
Bac+2/3 en commerce, marketing, logistique, gestion ou équivalent (souhaité);
Expérience
- Expérience appréciée; les débutants à fort potentiel sont également étudiés;
- Excellent relationnel, sens de la négociation, autonomie et orientation résultats;
- Bon niveau de français et maîtrise des outils numériques;
- L'anglais est un atout pour les missions internationales;
- L'allemand est particulièrement valorisé pour STORE & AUTO;
