CBM is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead and oversee its multi-country NTD donor portfolio. The role involves strategic leadership in grant management, donor compliance, and financial oversight while fostering relationships with institutional donors. The candidate will monitor portfolio performance, mitigate risks, and support decision-making to enhance the effectiveness of CBM’s NTD programmes. This position is based locally in one of CBM's established entities across various countries. Relevant academic degree in international development or public health Experience in grants management for multi-country donor-funded programmes Knowledge of institutional donor compliance frameworks Strong understanding of the NTD landscape and major donors Experience managing sub-award agreements Ability to work across multiple country offices Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders Excellent organizational and analytical skills Professional proficiency in English and French Willingness to travel internationally Identification with CBM's Christian values
