Master's degree in Public Health or related field 10+ years managing complex health or development programs Experience in multiple health areas Direct line-management experience Proven track record in donor engagement Experience in global policy forums Knowledge of health policy frameworks Experience in project cycle management and M&E Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in multicultural settings Excellent English skills; French or Spanish is a plus Commitment to disability inclusion and safeguarding principles Identification with CBM's mission and values
