Diplôme de niveau licence (Bachelors). Expérience de niveau intermédiaire d'au moins 3 ans. Maîtrise de l'anglais, du luganda et du runyankore. Poste à temps plein, de 8h à 17h.
Missions et responsabilités
Piloter la performance de la branche en matière de dépôts, d'octroi de crédits et de croissance de la clientèle. Superviser les opérations de la branche en veillant à l'efficacité et au respect des politiques. Encadrer et accompagner le personnel de la branche afin d'atteindre les objectifs de performance. Assurer un excellent service client et résoudre efficacement les réclamations. Gérer les risques de la branche en garantissant la conformité aux politiques de crédit et aux exigences réglementaires. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing local pour renforcer la présence d'Uwezo. Suivre la performance financière de la branche et recommander des améliorations. Faciliter les approbations de crédits et les recouvrements afin de maintenir un portefeuille sain. Préparer des rapports sur la performance de la branche à destination de la direction générale.
Rémunération et conditions
Salaire mensuel compris entre 500 000 et 1 000 000 UGX, négociable. Contrat à temps plein dans le secteur bancaire, financier et de l'assurance.
