He/she identifies the key interlocutors of the project in training institutions (universities, grandes écoles, training centres) as well as companies, establishes and develops a good working relationship with these actors in order to promote the qualification and professional integration of women. He/she ensures close cooperation with project partners in order to harmonize interventions with the project team and other stakeholders. He/she identifies the needs of the project partners in terms of capacity-building regarding the format and content of gender-specific training and organizes activities to this end.
