Qualifications requises : Diplôme universitaire en gestion de projet, marketing communication, Santé Publique ou domaine équivalent.
Expérience
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), expérience avec HMIS, bases de données, logiciels statistiques (Epi-Info, Epi-Data, SPSS). Connaissance de l’anglais parlé et écrit (souhaitable) et des langues locales. Compétences personnelles : Sens de l’organisation, rigueur, souci du détail, intégrité, capacité à coordonner plusieurs tâches et respect des délais. Engagement fort pour l’amélioration des services de santé reproductive et approche centrée sur le client. Expérience demandée : 3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans le leadership, la gouvernance des services de santé, la planification stratégique, le renforcement des systèmes de santé et le suivi-évaluation de programmes.
