Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme de licence (Bachelor) exigé ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience
Expérience
- 4 à 5 ans d’expérience progressive en gestion de la sécurité au sein d’une ONG internationale
- Expérience avérée en RDC ou dans la région des Grands Lacs
- Certification professionnelle reconnue (HEAT, GISF, ASIS) est un atout Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise opérationnelle des systèmes de communication de terrain (radios HF/VHF, téléphones satellitaires, plateformes d’alerte d’urgence)
- Bonne connaissance des cadres UNDSS/MOSS
- Capacité à produire des évaluations de risques et des rapports de situation
- Compétences en conception et animation de formations Compétences personnelles :
- Capacité à bâtir la confiance en tenant ses engagements et en communiquant ouvertement
- Jugement professionnel pour traiter les situations de sécurité non courantes
- Sens de l’intégrité et de la confidentialité
- Capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes et à risques Expérience demandée :
- 4 à 5 ans d’expérience progressive en gestion de la sécurité
- Expérience idéale en RDC ou région des Grands Lacs
- Bonne maîtrise du français
- Connaissance de l’anglais est un atout
- Disposition à effectuer des déplacements fréquents (jusqu’à 40% du temps de travail) Instructions
