Le plan de développement communal (PDC) Golfe 7 2026-2030 entre dans sa phase d'application. La commune prévoit dans cette veine 2,2 milliards FCFA pour financer ses actions d'ici 2030. Le document a été validé jeudi 27 août 2026, dans le Grand Lomé. Le plan donne une direction aux cinq prochaines années. Il repose sur quatre axes : Gouvernance et participation citoyenne : La commune veut mieux associer les habitants aux décisions qui touchent leur quotidien. Activité économique : Il accorde une place au commerce et à l'artisanat. Il prévoit aussi la modernisation des infrastructures destinées aux vendeurs. La mairie espère ainsi soutenir les emplois et les revenus dans la commune. Services sociaux de base : Il couvre notamment l'éducation, les soins primaires et l'accès à l'eau potable. Aménagement du territoire et environnement : Il prévoit une meilleure organisation de l'espace urbain. La sécurisation du foncier figure aussi parmi les priorités retenues. La commune entend également renforcer ses moyens face aux inondations. Le financement du plan combine plusieurs sources : les ressources propres de la commune représenteraient 39 %, l'État contribuerait à hauteur de 18 % par l'intermédiaire du Fonds d'appui aux collectivités territoriales, et les partenaires techniques et financiers couvriraient le reste. nonlusif Partager:
