Objet: Consultants Individuels Indépendants chargés d’appuyer le Programme de Développement Inga 3 (PDI3) dans l’évaluation des candidatures, propositions, offres et cotations soumises dans le cadre des procédures de passation des marchés Type de Contrat: CDD de 12 mois renouvelable
Qualifications requises : Diplôme universitaire de niveau minimum BAC+5 dans une discipline pertinente en rapport avec le domaine d’expertise sollicité.
Expérience
Compétences techniques : Parfaite maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (Word et Excel). Excellente capacité d’analyse et de rédaction de rapports techniques. Expérience dans l’évaluation des offres dans le cadre de projets financés par la Banque mondiale, la BAD, l’UE ou le PNUD. Compétences personnelles : Preuve d’intégrité, d’indépendance, d’objectivité et de confidentialité. Rigueur professionnelle et sens de l’éthique.
Expérience demandée : Avoir participé à au moins cinq (5) missions similaires d’évaluation des offres, candidatures ou propositions dans le cadre de projets financés par des partenaires techniques et financiers internationaux. Instructions
